Veterinary Surgeon |

I qualified as a veterinary surgeon from the Madrid Vet School in 2000 and have worked as a vet in the UK ever since. I completed a one year intership at the Veterinary Referral, Cancer and Clinical Care Centre and joined Spring Lodge in July 2009. I am mainly based at the Tiptree Centre and have a particular interest in Dermatology. I have just started my GP Certificate in Dermatology so spend a lot of time studying my cases and looking down a microscope! I own an extremely friendly black Labrador called Jess. |

I have been working for Spring Lodge since 1997. I enjoy my job working as a Veterinary Receptionist as the job is varied with different things to do and we have a very happy relationship with our clients, which makes my job very relaxing and worthwhile. |

I have been with Spring Lodge since August 2004. Prior to this I was a Retail Manager but decided I preferred working with animals (they can bite but don’t answer back!). I am assisted on reception by my dog Teddy who has made many friends who he looks forward to greeting very enthusiastically!! |

Veterinary Nurse, Advanced Pet Heath Counsellor |
![]() |
I am Spring Lodge’s Advanced Pet Health Counsellor. I am a Registered, Qualified Veterinary nurse and have been nursing for over ten years. I started at Spring Lodge in 2003 and enjoy being part of such a lovely team in a busy veterinary hospital. Running nurse consultations involves giving advice on nutrition, preventative health care, basic behaviour and general animal care. I also organise displays, promotions, puppy parties, client information evenings and attending charity events which involves many of the staff from Spring Lodge. In my spare time I look after our four very naughty cats and three very cute guinea pigs. |
