I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2007 after graduating from the Royal Veterinary College.
After university, I spent 8 weeks in South Africa undertaking conservation work and cheetah rehabilitation. I then went on to work in a small animal practice in Surrey as head nurse, before moving to Essex in 2011.
I worked in a busy 24hr hospital, nursing and training students before joining the Spring Lodge team as their head nurse in 2014.
I oversee all areas of nursing whilst still getting directly involved with the patients and nurse training.
